Yes, that's true. Each platform is priced seperetly and they even updated the iOS app and made people pay again. Many people who dont have the funds for it. I only have mac and iOS but purchased them on special as full price was way to high.
If you have endless money for devices and software it's a no brainer but for the rest of us... Keychain may be a decent solution for iOS 7 and above and macs running mavericks but not enough is known yet to be sure and that still leaves out android and windows. Just my opinion. Danny.
