How are you backing up your data and to what sort of media are you backing up,
are you backing up to say a network drive, USB 2.0 or 3.0 drive etc? All these
different factors can play a part.
next how have you set up Super Duper to backup, I use "Smart Update", Super
Duper will initially backup the whole drive and on subsequent backups only copy files
that have changed or been updated since the first backup.
