Afraid I don’t know, the jam packs install themselves and they contain many
synths as well as loops.
As to the initial MainStage screens, I forget how I did it, it wasn’t all that
impossible though. I suggest a little sighted help with this one if necessary.
As I recall, one sticking point was the app downloading some initial
loops/synths and not telling me what it was doing. I had no way to know that
it was doing its business and that I should wait a while. it took a while to
bring down the initial 2GB of stuff. Once the initial download was complete,
there was a instrument selection screen where it wanted me to choose a midi
instrument, like a connected keyboard or something. I didn’t have a connected
midi instrument and so clicking around got me past that initial setup screen. I
then went into the menus and found options for downloading additional content
(the jam packs) and selected everything and just let it go crazy downloading
stuff - took hours- so do it before calling it a day and it should be done win
the morning.

good luck
