Yes it is. one rule  I always follow is to wait until I get an answer. As of 
right now, we are all stumpped as to what's going on. That is, why is your 
phone not behaving wiht music. Are you sure you do not have managed msuic 
manaully on under your device settings in the itunes sources table?
