I have spoke with apple about this current accessibility issue, and to current there is no cause, and no result. They suggested it is something within my unit, as the particular issues that I am having are not mimicked with the same device in their centre. I have formatted it a few times now with the same result. As of now, I am selling it as it is impossible to use for a visually impaired person, and perfectly functional if you do not require accessibility. Thank you guys!
