This avoids the need to turn on Mouse keys. It doesn’t work in pop overs but it does work for renaming tables. I set the short cuts Cmd-Ctrl-Shift-arrow key which I think is what the developer recommends. Anyway, to rename a table, you still have to bring the mouse to cell A1, but then you just press the up arrow short cut once and you’re in the right place. You then have to triple click with the trackpad or mouse, VO-Shift-Space 3 times didn’t work for me. Anyway, Move Mouse is free and I’ve been finding it quite handy.
