I can try to answer a few of your questions. My responses are based on results
from the US iTunes store accessed through iTunes 12.0.1 running under MacOS
10.9.5. YMMV.

If a movie is available both for rent and for purchase, VO will speak the first
2 Form Control items as "price, purchase, title,” and “price, rent, title.”
For example, if I navigate to the movie titled “Best in Show” and then open the
web rotor and go to the list of form controls, the first 2 items announce
“$9.99, Purchase, Best in Show,” and “$2.99, Rent, Best in Show.” If a movie is
available only for purchase, I only hear the purchase option. For your example
of “The Imitation Game,” I hear “$19.99, Pre-Order, The Imitation Game.”

Regarding the meaning of “pre-order,” I googled itunes.com what is pre-order
and the first result was the following Apple KB article.

Regarding streaming of audio described movies: I am pretty sure there are
currently no sources for legally renting and streaming movies with bundled
audio description tracks here in the US. FWIW, there are a handful of audio
described movies for purchase and download in the US iTunes store. These all
seem to be Disney titles, and can be found by searching for “DVS." For example,
here is a link to purchase the audio described version of the movie titled
“Up!” in the US iTunes store.
