Hi, I’ll preface this by saying that I think I must be missing something pretty fundamental as what I’m about to ask is, to my mind, a very basic requirement.
I have a pair of bluetooth headphones which I can quite happily pair with my MacBook using the latest Yosemite. I can then hear output from, say, iTunes coming over those headphones; however, in order to hear VO, I need to go into the VO sound settings and explicitly choose the bluetooth headphones as the output device. This is all well and good until such times as either the bluetooth headphones aren’t switched on or they run out of battery; at that point, I am left with a mute computer My question, therefore, is…is there a way to have VO automatically use the inbuilt sound from the computer if the selected device is not connected?
