I know there is a bluetooth protocol that is necessary for this to happen, and 
not all devices support that protocol. I think it is “a2dp” or something like 
that, and it allows for VO along with other audio to carry over the device 
simultaneously without manual intervention.

I have a pair of aftershocks bluetooth bone-conductingheadphones that do this 
sort of thing nicely.
