A Dutch Auction is a listing of multiple identical items. In other words, the vendor has an unspecified number of the same item for sale. Generally, people will not bid these prices up because they are reasonably confident they will get one at the offered price. If you are interested go to ebay.ca and select items available to Canada (as compared to items located in Canada). If you are not yet registered to bid, you probably have enough time to do it before the auction expires.
