I have used REALbasic but I am only "in" the Ottawa area in a global sense (Toronto).
Are you a programmer looking for local camaraderie or looking for a programmer to do work for you?
Either way, if you don't get the response you are seeking from this list, perhaps you could try one of the REALbasic lists. From what I remember they are very high traffic.
