Anybody knows if CPUsed are still doing Mac business?

I have been having some trouble exchanging some email with them.
But I finally got a price cw shipping, in which email they told me to
send my order by FAX.
Sooo I dusted my FAX machine and sent my order on August 12.
Since I had nothing from them, I sent an email August 26 asking what
was going on with my order.
I have had nothing from them so far September 21.
Someone knows better than I?
