AFAIK they're business as usual. I just called them today and spoke to a
salesperson. They've always been Mac with a side of PC. Your best bet is
to call them and find out what happened to your order. Try using those 1010
5 something something numbers to reduce the long distance charges if you're
calling outside the immediate 905 or 416 area, at least you won't be at the
mercy of lost e-mails/faxes.
