Actually it does work IF you move your pointer over the tab "print digital"
, you'll get a drop down menu.  Select "in-store printing" from the menu and
you'll see a button on the page that appears that will allow you to locate
your nearest photo lab.

It'll also work with the tab "prints & gifts".  You'll see a drop down menu
and just select "prints".  Again you'll see a button for store locater.  It
works!

Currently using Safari 1.3.1 under Panther 10.3.9.
