I already know that it's available from Apple at this
page.

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=75103

Via this link

<http://download.info.apple.com/Mac_OS/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/Mac_OS_9.1_Update/Single-File/Mac_OS_9.1_Update.smi.bin>

The problem is their server "hijacks" the click to

http://www.info.apple.com/validate/agree.taf?item=91

which download managers cannot "see through" to get
the file. Getright catches the link to the file but
then Apple's server shoves the validation URL in
its place and Getright then tries to download
agree.taf

I need to use a download manager that can
resume the transfer when the connection drops because
it's a guarrantee that my ISP dialup _will_ crap out
at least once in the middle of that 71meg file.

I have GetRight, which works great at resuming when
the server supports it, plus it also will redial
dropped connections and even shut down the PC when
the downloads are finished.

So, anywhere to get the English North American 9.1
Update that's NOT Apple?

I want to get this update just to make a full set
for any update contingency from 9.0. I already have
the 9.2.1 and 9.2.2 updates, got them with Getright
before Apple started the current annoyance on the
site.

Say hello to Juror #49. Yep, I'm on jury duty until the end of March. Gotta call in
each weekend. Fun.
