I forget what model of Canon you have, but do recall something in my searching about a network accessory or add-on for it and did an "eeeep!" at the $300 price. You have tried it with the Canon connected to the Mac and the Brother on the PC or JetDirect? Like I said before, sounds like you need someone on the scene who's twiddled with JetDirects and other such network printing things. :) ===== Say hello to Juror #49.
