Argh!!! Sorry! Not enough info! It's a IIg which means I'm using the built-in ethernet connection. I have a linksys 5 port workgroup switch in my office which is uplinked to the rest of the companies network. I have the LW plugged directly into that (via an Apple AAUI to 10bT dongle), as is my PowerBook, my Mac IIci ( :-) and my office partners W2K PC. I can print to it from my PowerBook (the OSX print utility sees it) and my Mac IIci finds it in the chooser no problem. Our computers get assigned an IP address by the DHCP server. I have no idea what happens to the LW when it's plugged into the same network....
