Probably the 4100. You are telling Windows to capture the serial port? Or are you using a parallel to Mac serial or USB to Mac serial adaptor cable?
The cable has a round 8-pin plug on one end, which connects to the SW2400, and a 25-pin plug on the other end, which connects to a socket on the back of my Dell that has a little icon on it that looks something like a printer. I think I told Windows wizard to use the "printer port." (I'm typing this from work, and the computer and printer in question are at home.)
