As a 9500 owner I know it's very bad for adding RAM. PCI cards and extra
drives seem pretty easy to me - no harder than on a 7600 at least. 

Not all PC cases are wonderful. I also have a Sony desktop PC which might
look OK-ish on the outside but requires you to remove the power supply, hard
drive and floppy simply to add a stick of RAM. I think the designer of the
9500 case may have moved on to Sony when he (or she) left Apple...

Personally I find the g5 case design very clean and attractive, much more so
than the startlingly expensive Aluminium ATX cases out there, which have to
include all manner of blanking plates and holes on their fronts to
accommodate different set-ups.
