Although it has been suggested on ipodlife.de that until Apple receive the patent for the design others may be able to copy it as closely as they want...only after the patent is awarded would they need to stop...unfair as that would be...(no idea if this is true or the legality of such moves but worth mentioning). The super shuffle comes with a radio but no display...that must be interesting to find the station one is looking for?
