update: An Apple representative (read legal dept.) did indeed show up on the CeBIT stand on Friday evening and Luxpro did remove the Super Shuffle from their display for the rest of the evening...
Saturday however they had it right back in the display and have not taken it out of the public eye since. An Apple Product Manager did come back and 'talk' to the Luxpro people trying to get them to remove it again but they did not find agreement this time...when questioned about this, Apple (Germany) said that 'our Solicitors are checking the legal way forward'... I think I read somewhere this weekend that the prices are lower than that for the iPod Shuffle: 512 MB: 69 Euro 1 GB: 99 Euro Apparently the Super Shuffle varies from the original in another way; When in use the LED on the front side is lit continuously. (Apple model only blinks when button is pressed)...
