Happy to bow to your superior knowledge of this subject Malcolm. Out of
curiosity I did google around for a while to see if I could find anything
that could allow a ray of hope...

The only thing I could find was this page (I think this was the one I was
referring to earlier and you are correct it was for a Pismo):

He does address the EBM issue on Wallstreets and points to MCE tech as a
possible source of replacements that one could experiment with?

And that's where I'll let you and others decide if that helps or is worth
exploring or if I'm just wasting your bandwidth (again)...
