I do have a small PenPartner, but it's attached to my older G3 iMac,
which runs Panther. Are there Tiger-related problems, in case I want
to switch?

Yeah...nothing's come up so far.
However, having looked at the list of fixes/updates I think I can
wait. To give you some idea of how excited I am by this update, the
biggest benefit to me by the look of it is the fact that you no
longer need to hold Command-Q down in Palm Desktop for an extended
period of time in order for the the application to exit.
