Same here - I have a G3 iMac with a Microsoft Intellimouse that wakes up about 50% of the time when I open a cabinet nearby. It also wakes up when I switch on/off any USB printer or scanner attached to it. Running 10.2.

My B&W running early versions of OSX used to wake up if I left my Wacom Graphire attached, after about 10 seconds of sleep, as if the tablet was sending a 'pulse' at fixed intervals. 10 seconds was usually enough time for me to leave the room without noticing...
