Does Tiger have built-in auto-scrolling? For example, if I hover my
mouse towards the top or bottom of a Safari or Mail page (it doesn't
work in the Finder), the page begins to scroll up or down without
using the blue 'thumb'. This is very cool, but is it correct or have
I inadvertantly installed (or not deleted properly) a third-party
scrolling app? Morevover, if this IS the norm for applications using
Tiger, then can I adjust the speed and accelleration of the scrolling
speed? Thanks!
