Hi Clythie,
I perfectly know this iconset, but I don't understand the purpose of
your post : is this iconset License compatible with
OpenOffice.org ? The answer is sadly NO, for license reason.
But I can be wrong, and if so, please explain me why this iconset is
not available for OpenOffice.org ? Do you know the authors ? If so,
please ask them !
Of course, if the iconset is LGPL compatible, we would be glad to
integrate it ASAP.
As an OSX user, I find the OpenOffice.org interface very
uncomfortable to use, and very ugly in appearance.
Again, we are working on it for the native version ( without X11),
and everyone is invited to help : check the code, build it and
propose changes.
FYI, one designer (a professionnal) is working on a new iconset, two
students of mine will contribute too, and we will cooperate with art
project.
If you have other ideas, please propose them !
I an pinning my hopes on the Aqua build actually looking like a Mac
app. Good Mac apps. specialize in intuitive design and uncluttered
interface.
Yes, we had some important code to fix before, but now we are really
at the step to add Aqua look.
Regards,
Eric Bachard

Sometimes, I imagine my signature could be :
"What means *help* native Mac OS X port of OpenOffice.org ?"
Help means code ( C++ and good Carbon skills prefered ). Help means
check aqua code, build it and fix bugs, ( debuggers are very
welcome ). Help means *constructive* communication. Help is
contributors ( buildbots e.g.). Help means QA, Help means users.
Last but not least : Help means money too, because we need to be
present on important events and we need recent and powerfull hardware
for devs
=>See http://www.cusoo.org/spip , there is a paypal button (Just
don't forget to explain this is for Mac OS X port)"
