What I'm finally not sure is what exactly means SAL_INVERT_TRACKFRAME ?
(SAL_INVERT and SAL_INVERT_50 are obvious)
SAL_INVERT_TRACKFRAME means both Xor inversion and setting a dash on/off
line style. This is e.g. used when you drag a docked toolbar off the
toolbar area: open a writer, press grab the toolbar handle and drag it
out of the toolbar dock area e.g. into the document.
