Maho or Sun (Intel >only) will be able to deal with this.
Sun has taken over the American English builds for RE as well as other languages. However, Maho is still building for Tiger for X11 for Intel/PPC as well as Aqua for Intel (as far as I know and have seen in the Releases/Mac mailing lists.) Maho will continue until he cannot do so anymore or Sun takes over all builds. As to the 'quiet' part, it is my opinion that this should continue until the Aqua project is ready for public usage. This is not so today and may remain this way for some time.
