Hi Roland,
The version numbers 2.3 and 2.4 are too vague. We need the milestone
numbers. These are available from the about window from the help menu
or the application menu. You then need to press and hold the ctrl key
and type "sdt". The screen will start scrolling up. The first thing to
appear is the exact version. It will be in the format "[680_m237
(build 9235)]". We do not need the build number, just the first part.
This will help use to diagnose where a problem has been introduced a
lot easier.
