He is the lead of MacOSX porting team, so his recommendation is
important, and I'm not talking about how he recommend.
Decision making process for recommendation :) is up to him.
Introduce chief-employee relations in te Team, iis not a good idea
either.
BTW, there is something already existing to show who is behind the
Mac OS X port : there is a dedicated page on mac site (developers).
