Hi James, Eric, I think I open up a new thread so that we can continue the discussion about the various issues that currently exist with RC2 of 2.4.0 for Mac OS X X11.
I take up James statement out of the "Re: [mac] Error Messages When Running the Mac Version of OpenOffice 2.4.0RC2 on Leopard" thread to start. Eric: en_US is supposed to be the 'base' language. I don't know if this is true or not. As to the QA problems, I have not approved OOH680_m8 (rc2) because the first.bas test does not complete and there is a newer build being released. For me first.bas completed. James, did you use this <http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/VCLTesttool_2.4> VCL testtool. The one that is within RC2 seems to be buggy.
