Beth,
Essentially this has been replaced by the Grab Utility in the Utilities
folder. Start it up, "grab" what you want, then print directly. Grab
allows for selections, screens, and timed screens. This was one of the
first tools included with OS-X (probably so early adopters could grab a
screen shot and send it back to Apple), well that Ticking Time Bomb
program was there but it didn't really do much other than saying 'Try
this under OS-9'.
