Lee, Possibly this is why I am having so much trouble with my daughter's new iMAC in getting her emails. She can log onto the internet, but she can't retrieve her mail. I have had to retype her login name and password, I have had to get aye.net to "reset" her password and in a few days it does it again. I have installed 10.2.2 on her machine. I was thinking I was losing it.
