Thank you for a fix for the intermittent loss of ability to get mail or 
the internet. I do have QSX 10.2.2 installed, and have have frequent 
problems with this very thing that Lee described. I thought it was 
perhaps my BellSouth DSL service and had called them about it. Of 
corse, it was totally unknown to them. Next time it happens, I will try 
your temporary fix... and I'll be eager to know when an OSX 10.2.3 
comes out to rectify this. And, you are wrong to think we read the same 
things you do... I don't know about a lot of these sources; I'm still 
learning... have never owned a computer or really used one until March 
of this year.
