Nice that you figured this out! Now for the next puzzler. If you go to the insightbb.com page and say you've forgotten your password, you get the old 404 (page not found). (Yes, I haven't looked at my insightbb mail since forever.) Luckily, the password was lurking on the machine in the basement. Thanks, Lee!
