Well, Cooper Hand Tools is the primary company, and
Xcelite is the tool line. Cooper's web page has the tool
there, listed with full specs, which is a blade of almost
10" long, not including the handle in the measurement.
That lists at less than $7, BUT... their minimum order is
$30 or $35, so not an attractive price for one driver tool.
Further looking showed a page of retailers sponsoring or
carrying the Cooper/Xcelite tools, and Home Depot is
right there on the list, so a call to the local store to ask
the Customer Service rep to special order the T15 extra
long blade Torx, and success! Something around $11,
or so, including the store's retail sale markup.
I'm happy.
