Yes. I'm using iTunes v9.0.1, on OS 10.4.11 .
I imagine it's similar for versions (if different) for OS 10.5 /
10.6 .
Graphically, Marta described one way.
Otherwise, [ iTunes > File > Get Info > Artwork ] is another.
Just make sure your Get Info is for iTunes, not the Finder.
