Had a long chat with Netflix.  Turns out we don’t need to download Silverlight 
if we have the latest OS from Apple, which I do as their movies will work with 
HTML5….HOWEVER, only on Apple machines circa 2011 or later.   None of my Mac’s 
are that new.  Below is the transcript that relates the solutions.  I told them 
I would cancel until I upgraded to a newer machine.
