Richard, Have you… (1) merely found that all [output] has the offending line on it, or (2) actually opened and examined the paper in the drawer to find the garbage was on all sheets?
Since it’s not an online issue, my best guesses are… If (1), likely there’s a problem with the drum roller, or some contaminated foreign matter on the corona wire or in the toner hopper.
