Richard,

I do not know what’s wrong with your printer. In the past I have used CEOM 
Service Depot (on Poplar Level Rd.-just north of the Watterson) to repair my 
printers. They were very good and honest and reasonable. AT the time they 
didn’t work on HP printers and recommended UpTech Computer in J’Town. My HP 
printer was so old they couldn’t get parts for it and they recommended I get a 
Brother Printer which I did and it has been wonderful.
