Hey Marshall,

With Peter's insight, I imagine if you run this by the guys at Hostek,
they should be able to help you get past this little hurdle.  I have a
Mach-II site hosted with them and I'm trying to think back if I had to
get them to change a permission setting for me or something when I
first put the site up.

If you don't mind, post back and let us know what they say so I can
add the resolution to our wiki.
