I have noticed that some CGI/PHP scripts used for download systems,
sometimes send the proper filename, sometimes they do not.
What are the criteria that IE requires/looks for in order to receive the
proper filename passed to it - in other words, what caveats is one to look
out for if one wants IE to behave properly?
(For the record, in the same instances, Netscape properly receives the
filenames, so something is being done right, obviously.)
