I just spoke to my ISP about a getting a high-speed connection, and they said that I need to buy a program called "TunnelBuilder" (unless I have OS X... which I don't).
Anyone know what it is? Anyone know where to get it? Why do I need it? While I'm asking, I had heard that they use something called PPPoe-- what is it?
