Thanks, but I've been round and round trying the built-in and card in the
AppleTalk panel and the card and the built-in in the TCP/IP panel and using
the various options off the pulldown (the  one  I  want is the DHCP server)
and doing a preferences trash and p-ram zap and so forth, but while both
card and built in do a network hookup, only the built in does whatever it
takes to get the browser to  find a URL successfully. To re-cap: OS 9.1 IE
4.5 DSL over LAN. All the other boxes on  the  LAN get online and  see each
other.???????
