Hello - I hope someone can advise me.
I like to listen to online radio (I even have a subscription to listen
to commentary of the soccer team I support). When we used narrowband,
this was not a problem.
Since I have subscribed to broadband, that has become impossible. So is
the reception of broadcasts from any of the Radio France stations and
several others from UK and Canada. When I try to listen I get the
following message:
"Cannot open this file. Verify that the path and filename are correct
and and try again."
I was advised to ask my ISP (Wanadoo) why I cannot stream from their
sites. The only response I have received from them so far was to
download FIREFOX. That makes no difference (up to then I had tried
Safari and IE). Radio France suggested I download the latest edition of
RealPlayer. That changed nothing.
By the way, I can receive all BBC broadcasts and those which come
through iTunes.
I am getting more and more frustrated.
Thank you in advance for any help.
