there are films that can be applied, but i have heard they aren't very
satisfactory; if you use a film, you'll need help -- i am somewhat
talented at manual work, yet applying films frustrates me
it's probably easier to control your environment -- avoid light sources
and white walls behind the computer, don't wear white shirts, increase
display brightness when appropriate; experiment with seating position
and angle of the screen, put a hood on the screen; think it through
also give Apple your feedback; i use a 13" glossy display, but plug it
into a 24" matte display; the bigger the display, the harder it is to
control reflections
