Yes.  This is talking about the iCloud auto-download.  It is not talking about 
purchasing (Store) id AFAICT.  This is the iCloud terms of service you are 
quoting from, not the iTunes store terms of service.

If you remember, I posted this terms of service or emailed them to you 
originally. ;)
