I was forced to upgrade to Ventura today as the only option to unbrick my Mini
when yesterday's Monterey update bricked it hard.

Upon logging in, I was presented with a demand that I agree to new iCloud terms
and conditions or forego its use.

The TOS were interminable and unreadable, as usual. What was unusual was no
help screen or other offer of the form, "here's a brief summary of the changes
we made." This triggered my paranoia.

I went to the web and asked it (in multiple, various ways) what was new or
changed about the Ventura TOS. All the search engines were polluted with
articles about an early bug in Ventura that forced people to re-agree to the
TOS every time they rebooted, so if there were any describing the textual
differences, they got swamped off the screen.

Has anybody seen an article summarizing what was changed in the iCloud TOS for
Ventura?
