got the errors as attached below - the problem seems to be the UA is trying to access the localhost as defined by it's AFS hostname (white), this particular box runs as a nameserver for it's corner of the LAN, which being internal is called <NAME>.lan, rather than a standard .com/.net etc postfixes.
Might not be the cause, but it's the only non standard thing about the box
