Hi folks,
Some late night reading of the latest Perl Journal got led me to try installing Mac::Carbon, on the road to installing Mac::Glue. Trouble ensued...
I'm running OS 10.3.8 with Xtools 1.5, GCC 3.3, and Perl 5.8.0
Whether I use the CPAN shell or try a manual installation I get the following error on make:
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../xsubpps/typemap', needed by `AppleEvents.c'. Stop.
make: *** [subdirs] Error 2
The list archives and Google both point to an earlier thread from April which referenced the same error but had no clear resolution.
Has anyone else seen this?
